ApeiroCraft is a modular SaaS platform built for SMBs, agencies, and freelancers. We're based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
2. What We Collect
Information you provide:
- Name, email, phone number when signing up
- Business information added to your workspace
- Contacts, invoices, proposals, and other data you create on the platform
- Payment information (processed by DodoPayments — we never store card details)
Information collected automatically:
- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited and features used
- Error logs and performance data
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the platform
- To send transactional emails (invoices, proposals, account notifications)
- To process payments
- To respond to support requests
- To analyze usage patterns and fix bugs
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Row-level security ensures complete workspace isolation — no other user or workspace can access your data.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & General)
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Export your data at any time from workspace settings
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time.
